Dozens of dogs escaped the January cold to frolic indoors in a pop-up dog park built in a vacant West Bottoms warehouse in Kansas City. The owners set up the indoor site while they build Bar K Lab, a permanent dog park/event space/restaurant in Richard L. Berkley Riverfront Park.
